I liked everything. I don’t care about the free stuff but I appreciate the small things. The pillow cases and sheets were changed at least every other day or even every day, the room was always spotlessly clean. The staff went far and beyond every time. So nice, kind and polite. On checking in we were given so much information about the hotel, the city, the public transport etc. It was so helpful. The swimming pool was amazing with a great city view. We upgraded our room to the city view and it was worth every penny. I do recommend it!! The breakfast was plentiful with continental and Asian options. Very good variety. Try bread pudding, so tasty. It is a 4 star hotel but I hope they will be promoted to 5 stars soon. This is the only hotel in BKK connected to the sky train station - so convenient. 711 just 3 min walk. I am very impressed with this hotel.

Booked a studio, which has all amenities including washing machine, kitchenette. Bathroom was quite spacious as well and the view (from 26th floor) was great. The swimming pool and gym at 9th floor were great. Staff was polite and super-helpful. Breakfast was delicious and offered quite a variety. Room was neat and clean and very comfortable. About 30-35 mins from Swarnbhoomi airport.
