We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean, and the views from the upper floors and pool were stunning. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and always available to assist with any inquiries. The breakfast offered an impressive array of international food options, and my gluten intolerance was accommodated with great attention to detail, without any issues. Additionally, the hotel features a floor connection to the BTS, making it a fantastic location.

Everything - this hotel is world class and it was worth every cent we spend. We got a free upgrade and stayed in a deluxe room which was incedible. The breakfast had everything we could ask for. Maybe the best hotel, I have ever booked.

Customer experience is perfect from A to Z. My young kid received several time some gifts! The staff is so kind, from the reception, to the Rotunda bar to the swimming pool. It was already our second time. We'll be back for sure. Besides everything, the food was delicious!
