The hotel is fantastic, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms and the hotel are spotlessly clean. There are many thoughtful touches. The kids playroom, pool and restaurant are excellent and the staff all made such an effort. We were so impressed with the hotel and the whole experience had at The Pranakorn Heritage Hotel. We will definitely be returning.

Absolutely loved everything about this place! The staff have been incredibly welcoming and kind. The location is fantastic—situated in an artsy, hidden gem of an area not far from downtown. We stumbled upon it while walking toward the Siam area through a residential neighborhood. At first, it might feel a bit unfamiliar, but you quickly realize you're just walking through authentic local living spaces.
