This is the most comfortable stay I've ever had in Bangkok. The location is, no doubt, the best spot. The breakfast buffet with Japanese food in line was a great start to my day. The bed sheets were crisp and clean. Comfy bed. The amenities and the cleanliness in the bathroom are thumbs up.
The staff were also attentive and helpful when checking in and out. We had to leave the luggage for 2 nights and back again. And the day we came back, the staff had already put our luggage in the new room. Very thoughtful service.
I've never said this to any hotel, but Hotel Nikko is the one we're gonna come back to for sure.

The hotel’s convenient location was another highlight. It’s close to Thonglor BTS station, making it easy to explore the city. We also appreciated how near it was to convenience stores, grocery stores, and a variety of restaurants. This was especially helpful for quick errands and meals for our family. The hotel itself has an on-site restaurant, which served delicious food, making dining in a breeze when we didn’t feel like venturing out.
Our room was ideal for a family stay—spacious and well-equipped with a kitchenette, washing machine, and a private balcony - special mention on the washing machine as we had to do laundry of baby clothes every day. These amenities made it feel like a home away from home, giving us the flexibility to handle family needs seamlessly. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional service. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and happy, always welcoming us with warmth and a smile.
