Jimmy is the most hospitable host! He helped us with everything and was there for us with a big smile. He had a lot of great recommendations + discount for various activities.
There is a lovely swimming pool around the corner and the center is a short walk. We loved our stay here!
We had no AC but with an additional payment you can use it. the wall fan was enough for us.

The host paapu is incredible.
She is so warm and always ask for your needs.
She made my first chaing Mai trip had a good start.
The breakfast and coffee and room decorations are very nice and cute ! It's a old wooden building but you will like it's home like atmosphere.
Remember you have to share bathroom with others but it is should be fine!

The service was fantastic. A big thank you to Nam Wan, Dream and Pon. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay in Chiang Mai so memorable and pleasant.
The buffet breakfast was delicious and value for money.
Nice new hotel with great facilities.
Just opposite the hotel is a small restaurant with tasty and affordable food and there's also a small grocery shop nearby.

Everything was excellent! The owner always made sure we had everything we needed to feel at home. Also, I want to highlight that she bought water for all the guests, which in Thailand is really important. We never had to buy water outside the hotel.

Our host was very kind to us, always provided bottled water, greeted us with fruits, bread and jam. It was during the Loy Krathong festival so she helped us with info about the surroundings. Right beside the Ping River so the location was great for the festival. She was so kind and gentle with our kids, i felt like she took care of them as if her own. I would come back anytime!!
