We really enjoyed staying there. The staff just amazing and very helpful in any way possible - with advising on tours, local shops, food suggestions etc. Every time with smile and asking how are we doing. Thank you so much we really appreciate it! I would also totally recommend to take breakfast as you can choose from menu and we have tried almost everything - no doubt it was the best breakfast so far in hotel! Overall, an amazing experience with this hotel!

We liked the location close to a few local markets (fruit, flowers, Warorot), river and walkable to old town. Tucked in a quiet area. Extras that we appreciated included fruit, bread, water/coffee/tea, access to a kitchen and laundry. Friendly host with good communication.

I loved this little condo I stayed in, it's in a quiet little yard, if you don't stay there you wouldn't even know there are flats there, so that's really good for Chiang Mai. Very close to everything, yet very quiet. The owner was very kind and brough water, fruits, jam and butter whenever it run out in the kitchen. There is a washing machine and dryer. Airconditioning works well. The place is super clean and cosy. Friendly cat outside. Recommended place to stay.

The location of the accommodation was not far from the old town, and it was quieter and better because it was a little further away. The Night Bazaar was close by, and it was nice that there were two large permanent markets about 5 minutes away from the accommodation. The accommodation was clean and the owner was friendly. Free services such as water, fruit, and bread were also good. There are also good restaurants near the accommodation. It is a great place to stay with family or friends. I would like to stay again when I travel to Chiang Mai next time.
