we changed rooms because the first night I booked a triple one because it was the only one left!! the other two nights we stayed in a double room with city view!! we could even see the Sunday Market (outside the hotel’s door) from our window!! fantastic location and the staff is absolutely lovely always smiling!

This hotel is amazing, in the middle of the old walls in Chiang Mai - about 15 min walk to most destinations.
The staff are so friendly and helpful and very welcoming. We had a great stay here and will use this hotel again the next time we are in Chaing Mai.

Friendly staff and facilities were clean and quiet. Higher beds were tricky to get into with the ladder design, but both the sleeping pods and the secure storage areas were quite spacious. Lock was provided!

Staff were super friendly and seemed genuinely kind and caring. They asked a few times for any feedback to keep improving. Couldn't think of anything but I appreciated the question. Room was spacious, clean and well laid out. Breakfast was delicious and they have free water, juice, snacks and coffee 24/7. Great location too. Would stay here again without any hesitations.
