The staff is super friendly. I stay one night for my wife’s birthday. They help to prepare the cake and all the surprise in the room including bloom and flowers. Definitely will visit the hotel again in my next trip to Chiang Mai.

We loved the Twenty Lodge! everything was simply great - the rooms, the pool, breakfast, the staff. We felt so welcome and the service was simply outstanding. We also liked the fact they had a great foot and Tai massage at the hotel and they even agree to accept us by 7pm although it was already suppose to close up! We had a wonderful experience and we felt sorry we stayed only for 1 night before moving out of the city. We definitely recommend this small yet cozy hotel.

The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. The facilities are always clean and neat. The best part is that they provide unlimited water and fruits, coffee and tea as complimentary, and also different kinds of sticky rice. The breakfast is delicious, many options. I told the staff I am celiac and they took all the necessary precautions and to give me good gluten free options for breakfast
