The location was amazing - in fact the most beautiful and mesmerized place I stayed in so far. The interior was very beautiful and modern - everything was just perfectly put together. we had a bungalow at the beach and the view was just so dreamy. We stayed 3 days so it was definitely too short ..

From the moment we arrived, Shantaa Resort enveloped us in a sense of tranquility and belonging. It was as if time slowed down, allowing us to truly unwind and embrace the beauty of Koh Kood. The staff's attentiveness was remarkable. Within minutes, they knew our names and room number, anticipating our needs without being intrusive. It was a delightful touch that made us feel like cherished guests. They even offered a late check-out before we could ask, understanding our desire to savor every moment. The on-site restaurant, with its breathtaking views, became our culinary haven. Each dish was a celebration of fresh, local ingredients, from the succulent seafood to the vibrant Thai specialties. The breakfast menu, a delightful departure from the usual buffet, ensured no food was wasted and catered to our individual preferences. Shantaa offered a wealth of activities, from kayaking and paddleboarding to snorkeling right off the resort's sandy beach. The calm, clear waters of the canal were perfect for beginners, and we found ourselves gliding effortlessly on paddleboards, surrounded by stunning scenery. The modern bungalows provided a comfortable and stylish retreat, blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, creating an ambiance of relaxed elegance. Our stay at Shantaa was more than just a vacation; it was an escape into a world of serenity and romance. We left feeling refreshed, reconnected, and with a longing to return to this island paradise.

We have stayed in many great hotels and resorts, but High Season tops them all. Especially the staff had been great. Many thanks and kudoos to Nicky. He wil assist you with everything. I saw him even at a waterfall making sure the visiting guests were ok and had a good time. The dining area is on the beach side and near to perfect. The chef and the staff know what they are doing and will try to cater you in any way possible. We enjoyed the villa and the private pool. The breakfast is awesome. It is in buffet form, but they also service you at the table for drinks and ordered food. Thanks for a great stay.

Nice location, extremely friendly personnel and very good choice for koh koot. You get a coconut when you arrive and the owner tells you all the good spots on the island. Its very close to the next beach and very central on the island. Will come again!

This is the perfect location to be in the center of the island! However you will have to have a motorcycle to get around. Nothing is walkable in the island. The breakfast had the essentials and was included in the price. One nice thing is that the family also have a car so they can pick you up - they give us a fair price to drop us on the pier. The staff was lovely even if they do not speak english very well sometimes. The have laundry too for a fare price. The room was basic but confortable and clean. The garden and breakfast area was lovely and rustic. The rent motorcycle for a fare price too.

Everything was perfect. Even nicer in real life that on pictures. A peace of heaven ! 4 min walk to the nicest beach of the island. A bit remote from where you have most of the animation but perfect for those who look after a quiet area.

Great location, cozy, modern, clean, big bangalows, lovely environment, palms garden. The stuff is nice and helpful. Great breakfast and dinner at their restaurant, also they have a grocery near by. Probably would say its the best place in koh kood for this price. Also they had cute kitties arround. Would recommend 100%

I loved this place with all my heart ❤️ Veeeeeryyy beautifull garden❤️ You could wake up with this beautifull garden view and sounds. Room was cute, i really apreciate towel for the beach, beach bag and poncho to wear 🥳 The stuff was very friendly. Food was delicious - but every day the same there was not so much vegetarian options.
