Everything was great! The staff helped me to change the number of days that I needed ( an extension that I could not do through booking ) and find me a better room. Also they were friendly, polite and eager to solve any inconvenience . The hotel smelled incredible! And the spa and pool very super nice.

First positions is so good, central, close to all transport. Boat is one minute from there u can go easily everywhere.
Nice restorant, clubs on Bosfor like movie.
I have experience about Istanbul from before but really for this price u can't found better.
Salih who work on reception was so good and polite I fell like know him from before.
I know next time when I back to Istanbul I will come on same place.

The highlight of my stay there was incredible SPA!!! I went there almost every day, I definitely recommend and definitely will be back!! Amazing massages, Turkish hammam, relaxing facials! My skin was glowing!!
Also the restaurants are delicious, Novikov was amazing!!
Very friendly, helpful staff, butler who checked on me and helped with all reservations!! Can’t wait to go back!!
