Everything was great! The staff helped me to change the number of days that I needed ( an extension that I could not do through booking ) and find me a better room. Also they were friendly, polite and eager to solve any inconvenience . The hotel smelled incredible! And the spa and pool very super nice.

First positions is so good, central, close to all transport. Boat is one minute from there u can go easily everywhere.
Nice restorant, clubs on Bosfor like movie.
I have experience about Istanbul from before but really for this price u can't found better.
Salih who work on reception was so good and polite I fell like know him from before.
I know next time when I back to Istanbul I will come on same place.

I used to go to Istanbul many times each year .. and this year I choose Mandarin Oriental Bosphor hotel to have a different experience by having a Bosphor view in the room .. when I reach the hotel unfortunately my room doesn’t have any view to the Bosphor although I book the room with Bosphor view 😢.. but “ Gem bey “ and “ yağmur hanim “ at the reception try their best to give us a better room with Bosphor view and they did 👍👌💕.. it was an amazing room with stunning view 😍❤️..
Also many thanks to “ Doğukan Bey “🙏❤️ and “ Deneiz Bey “ 🙏 ❤️they help us a lot through our stay by giving us a late check out and helping us to find a big taxi to take us to the airport and also giving us a beautiful and unique souvenir From the hotel 🤝💕💕
