Staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. Hamza concerned our requirements very well. Everything was good but we couldn't book massage at reception because it is different company.

It was a perfect stay. Same as the Address Hotels in Dubai, Address Istanbul is really amazing. Friendly staff with really good service at all levels.

The apartments are great! Clean and comfortable, with beautiful views of the city. Location is also great with a shopping mall next door and variety food options. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely reccomend Fraser Place Antasya!

Hotel has good location, near ferry port and bus stop. Good breakfast (always the same, but very delicious) also you can ask for Turkish menemen, omelette or boiled eggs. Comfortable mattress. It wasn’t so hot when we were there and we sleep with closed windows, could say that this place is relatively quiet at nights. If you want many different cafes and restaurants you can go in center of Kadiköy (it could be a little crowded in there).

We loved the warm reception from the desk staff and maintenance staff, everyday. The size and decor of our suite was perfect. The amenities in our suite were sufficient and exceeded our expectations.
