I want to express my gratitude to the hotel. Manager Miraysu POLAT and Murtaza were always in touch and quickly answered for my questions. Food in the buffet is tasty, thank Saniyat for attention. All staff are very polite. In the room was a refrigerator and a kettle. Cleaning everyday! The spa has excellent baths.

The host is amazingly friendly and generous and always at hand to help if you need anything. Very responsive and will go out of his way to try to accommodate for your requests. Would definitely recommend to anyone whether it's a couple or a family. The area is beautiful and plenty to do. Will definitely come back and stay again

This hotel is a true hidden gem. I don't know if I was so lucky to get a good deal, but price/quality was great. The room was very clean and spacious, got everything it is supposed to have (hair dryer, fan), linen was also white and crisp. Breakfast was ok, I'm not that foodie, but to me it was more than enough - a lot to choose from and everything is fresh. Staff was super friendly and speaks English (yes, it is still an issue for Turkey). Mall of Istanbul is just across the street - nice to go shopping.

They cleaned the rooms everyday to perfektion. Fresh towels everyday. Staff was soo Nice and polite. I had small problems with My room when I arrived, i toled Them at the Lobey and within 5 minuts they took care of everything.
