All the staff members are very nice. Fatih from the reception provided us with an upgrade for a suite and also provided us breakfast for 2 days. Yavuz was also very nice and provided us with late check out. In general the hotel is very cosy, clean, beautiful and good location.

The hotel is new, the same as in the pictures, the bed is big and comfortable, the bathroom is nice and clean, the breakfast is excellent. Location 10 minutes' walk from AyaSofya, next to a metro station. All sights are within walking distance, and it is easy to get to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street by tram. Mrs. Hasiba and the manager Ahmet make sure that the guests are satisfied, also all the staff ( I don't know names) everyone are nice and smiling and always ready to answer questions. Very nice staff. Location is central and easy to access all most famous places. A lot to do around for the tourists. We had 6th floor corner room and a view was just superb to Bosporus and park. Place is quite modern.

The location is ultra convenient with shops and restaurants surrounding the hotel and important sights are all within walking distance. It was easy to get a taxi too. The staff were all extremely helpful and always offering us coffee, tea and Turkish delights. Overall, great stay!

The hotel was perfect. Staff were really friendly and attentive to all the needs. Location of the hotel is perfect, because it is close to everything but at the same time away from the busy loud streets. It was amazing. Room cleaning was performed really well and neatly. Breakfast was the best part of it! As well as the staff always being around and helpful. If I would go back to Istanbul I would definitely stay there again!
