Clean, quiet neighborhood, clean and large apartment, kitchen with basic cooking equipment, though we didn't use it. The apartment is too dark in the evening ，especially in kitchen area，it may can be solved in the future ．There is a very good bakery just down the alley. The landlord was very helpful，providing us lots information and help to solve some my problems when I purchased museum pass on line

The staff were really attentive. I don’t think that I have been to a hotel where the staff have been so helpful. Everywhere I stayed in Turkey the hotels were great but these guys really put a lot of pride in their service. Thank you Alves Hotel. I hope you guys this level of hospitality next time you go on holiday.

The rooms are comfortable, modern and clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel has a deal with a nearby parking which is very helpful, as the neighborhood is not very car friendly.

I chose this hotel for 2 nights, including New Year's Eve. Centrally located and within walking distance of the park (where we had fun on New Year's Eve) and the promenade by the sea. You can also walk to the bazaar which is right next to the Clock Tower. The hotel has a heated swimming pool (free access), and spa services. In addition to the hotel you can find absolutely anything you want. You can find parking right in front of the hotel Basmane Vakif bank otopark), covered, with 6 floors, guarded, but it is paid (I parked after 4 pm and left after 2 days, around 11 am and I paid 500 TL (be careful they don't want a bank card but only cash in hand). The breakfast was excellent, with many choices. The hotel was one of the top ones. A good choice. I recommend
