The Hotel is clean and staff is very helpful. Breakfast is good as well. The location of the hotel is very good. We hired a car and it is easy to park and getting every where is very quick and pretty much near to places.

Our stay in Izmir was amazing! The location is perfect, just steps from the bus terminal, and check-in was super flexible. The room was clean, comfortable, and the ambience was really nice. The hotel is just great, installations, breakfast and bar. And the help from guest relations (my wife had her birthday) to celebrate and make special arrangements (thank you Deniz! ) exceptional. The location is great to explore Izmir, close to various great restaurants (fish) and the old center and bazaar.

The Roi Hotel is a little gem -a boutique hotel. It beggar's belief why they only have a 2 star rating. Central to shopping, bars and restaurants. The staff were really attentive. I don’t think that I have been to a hotel where the staff have been so helpful. Mustafa met us as we arrived and spent half an hour showing us the panoramic views of the neighbourhood and explaining the layout of Izmir. He then gave us lots of information about places to visit and eat at. An exceptional history and a lovely large property.
