Mustafa met us as we arrived and spent half an hour showing us the panoramic views of the neighbourhood and explaining the layout of Izmir. He then gave us lots of information about places to visit and eat at. An exceptional history and a lovely large property.

Perfect Stay Experience!
Our stay at this house was absolutely fantastic. The house is located in the city center and offers a nice sea view in an elite neighborhood. Being on the seaside was perfect for morning walks and evening scenery.
The private parking lot allowed us to park our car safely. The house had all the equipment and gadgets we needed, making our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable.
Its proximity to public transportation made it easy for us to get around the city. The house was very comfortable and cozy, creating a warm atmosphere.
The blazing-fast internet connection was a true delight. While I was seamlessly working, my family enjoyed streaming their favorite shows and indulging in online entertainment without a single interruption. It was a perfect blend of productivity and leisure, making everyone happy.
The large air conditioner ensured that every corner of the house was at the ideal temperature.
