My family stayed at the hotel to attend a wedding. It was a wonderful experience. They upgraded our rooms, we were allowed to check out later and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend to stay at Best Western Premier Karsiyaka!

We stayed for just 3 nights, but it was a very comfortable experience. The room was spacious with an amazing bay view, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, especially towards our pet, which we really appreciated. Everything went smoothly during our stay. We are also pleased about the room services, the food, and the cleaning, which were perfect.

We (my wife and me) had a wonderful stay at the hotel, the location is great, the room was super clean, the stuff OMG they are super friendly and helpful especially Deniz from the "Guest Relation" she made our stay Amazing ! It's a nice location, close by to a lot of great restaurants and cafes along the water. The room has Molton Brown toiletries which were kept stocked by the room staff, and a complimentary mini bar with water, juices and chocolate. The room decor is very nice, just like the photos. There's also 24 hour room service, priced reasonably. The room staff are brilliant.

The hotel was nice and close to city center. The receptionist that makes the check in was really nice with us..thanks ;) Also they store our bags till evening.
