The hotel is just great, installations, breakfast and bar. And the help from guest relations (my wife had her birthday) to celebrate and make special arrangements (thank you Deniz! ) exceptional. The location is great to explore Izmir, close to various great restaurants (fish) and the old center and bazaar.

I stayed in a very nice and comfortable apartment on the ground floor of the building and equipped, among other things, with a fully furnished bathroom, washing machine and independent heating. Furthermore, I had an internal courtyard available which I used to house my dogs during my absence.
The owner of the structure is certainly worthy of mention for his cordiality, kindness and willingness to help the customer in case of need or just to direct him to the tourist attractions inside and outside the town.

The Roi Hotel is a little gem -a boutique hotel. It beggar's belief why they only have a 2 star rating.
