Fantastic new hotel! Nice balcony, great bathroom with bath with a view over sun moon lake! Everything is in the room. Coffee, tea, water and even earplugs!

A perfect venue to be near the pier and soak in all the tourist sites, 2 mins walk to the Ita Thao Pier and food street. The service staff were fantastic, especially Hank who was superb in making us comfortable and well settled, highly recommend especially for travellers with family to take the biggest room on level 8, extremely spacious and comfortable.

Excellent!! From the hotel lobby, to the rooms, to the buffet spread and the indoor playground for kids, everything was perfect. We took the Japanese style room & the view was perfect, overlooking Sun Moon Lake. Room was spacious, new and comfortable. Both dinner & breakfast buffet spread was perfect. Onsen was great too. Nothing to complain about.

I had a great stay! The hosts were welcoming, and the space was very cosy. The bed is basically a sort of capsule room, since you can close the wooden door, so you don't get a lot of light or noise from the outside. The locker was large and could fit a large suitcase. All the spaces are very very clean!
It's super close to the lake and to the market area, and close to both the bus stop and the ferry pier.

It's location is close to the station of Sun Moon Lake cable car. In addition, there is a walk way along the lake to the pier and market with walking distance. The breakfast is quite nice for hostel, delicious vegetables, pumpkin and cabbage especially.
