Very nice and clean facility on the UT campus. 20-minute walk to downtown and the Colorado River. The room was immaculately clean and well-appointed, and it had an in room safe for valuables. Breakfast was great with a super buffet or a la Carte options.
The location was easy to find and 2 minutes off hwy 35. The staff were friendly and helpful but a little too professional. I mean that they really wouldn't engage in friendly banter. They were pleasant, helpful, polite, and smiling, but I personally had the impression that We were just another guests.

This hotel is everting you would expect and more from the Design Hotel Group. It's ineriors are exquisitely decorated with every attention given to detail. To compliment the interiors were the exceptional service of the staff. They where attentive, friendly and always helpful. Even our kids agreed that this was the best hotel they have ever been to. The facilities where excellent and we may just have had the best Margaritas we've ever tasted at the pool bar! In the evenings the lobby lounge turned into a vibrant hang out for guest and locals, which we loved. Even though we did not join in every night, it was wonderful to come back after a day of shopping or sightseeing to experience a lively atmosphere that was welcoming. Will we go back? Most definitely! It is after all, a proper hotel.

Great set up for the economic traveller. With the cabin rooms, that shared a set of bathrooms.
The hotel was quiet, and doors didn't close to loudly.
