Small and welcoming hotel, perfectly located near Times Square. Warm atmosphere and friendly staff (which you can’t get in the usual big franchised hotels). The family suite was perfect for 2 adults and 3 teenagers with a lovely private terrace and 2 separate bedrooms with Queen beds. Lots of cool restaurants close to the hotel.

The room was very clean and spacious, there was plenty of tea and coffee that was refilled every day and the hotel was generally very quiet. The neighbourhood is quiet but with many cool bars and restaurants a short walk away in Greenpoint or Williamsburg, and good bakeries and bagel places around the corner. The subway is 10 minutes walk away.

A very nice hotel in the financial disctrict. Close to the metro station. The staff was nice and helpful, the rooms are tidy and well maintained. Beds were comfy. A very good catch in NY for the price.

This was probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in during my lifetime. The layout of the room and facilities and features that were in the room couldnt have been better. The staff were exceptional and no requests were too large or too small. The little touches like excellent coffee on tap with an honesty bar, croissants etc. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and will use it whenever I get back to NYC. Oh yes the location was perfect
