Marcus' place offers outstanding value for the price. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the bedroom is equipped with a huge TV screen for ultimate relaxation. Marcus is a warm and attentive host—he even allowed us a late check-out since our flight was in the evening. Highly recommend this place—10/10!

Great place, very clean spacious accommodation, very quiet location but only 10 min walk to subway to central nyc. Shops and restaurants in the area much cheaper than those in manhattan. Kitchen was well equipped with lots of extras, iron, hairdryer etc

The individual touch on all the support given and the responsiveness to any requests made. Staff is just brilliant, especially at breakfast (thanks a lot Ron!!). Food was of good quality and variety, room was very quiet, not much (to none) waiting time for elevators (we were at 27th floor). Location is perfect. Clearly a place to come back whenever going to NYC.

What a find! My room was huge by New York standards, a super comfy bed and pillows, clean and well appointed. Loved having the Nespresso machine and the hotel gym was full of modern equipment and had a great vibe. Will stay again when needing to be midtown / close to grand central.
