Very clean and excellent amenities. The iron came in handy and I could launder my clothes. Nice kitchen space helped us save money on the trip by cooking our own breakfasts.

Great place, very clean spacious accommodation, very quiet location but only 10 min walk to subway to central nyc. Shops and restaurants in the area much cheaper than those in manhattan. Kitchen was well equipped with lots of extras, iron, hairdryer etc

The location is great - it's easy to reach using the public transport and lots of famous sights are withing walking distance. Midtown East probably isn't the most romantic location NY has to offer but it's a very safe one, even late at night, and that's definitely a big plus. The staff was very helpful and the rooms are pretty spacious and very clean. We had a nice view of Top of the Rock from our room. The windows also blocked most of the noise coming from the busy nearby avenues. The bathrooms are equipped with hi-tech "Japanese" toilets - this was my first close encounter with one of these and now I totally want one in my home bathroom as well :)

Friendly, helpful, personable and very cool staff. Fabulous decor and history throughout. Noteworthy, unique touches wherever you looked. I’m a huge fan of both Joplin and Cohen so I just had to see the location of the “unmade bed”.

A lovely hotel with very thoughtful staff. Housekeeping was excellent. 10 min walk to the subway and very good cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Special thank you to Leanna and Jory for looking after us and making our ‘anniversary week’ very special. It’s a stunning property.
