amazing people, very nice indeed. Jordien is the guy in the photo with us, what he did for us is amazing. we faced a problem with NFL tickets bought by mistake. to get refund we should own an American bank account which we surely don’t. so this fellow gave us his personal bank data, he will receive the money and he gave it to us even before he gets it. can you imagine his sincerity and honesty? it was a lot of money for us, so we public thank him and thank the hotel for having Americans like this. a hug bro. hope to come back soon in the future to see you well

We absolutely loved everything about our stay here. We were very impressed with the quality of service, rooms and the bed! The gym is amazing. It really feels like we got way more than what we paid for. My mother forgot her AirPods in the hotel room, and we were notified immediately. They organised everything to help get it back to us in South Africa. They also helped make a way to extend our stay when they were full. I could go on and on, but really, the place was absolutely perfect.

The hotel is very centrally located in the Beacon Hill district of Boston. There are a wide range of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Boston Common and the shops on Newbury Street are also a short walk away. There is also the Massachusetts General Hospital/Charles Street T station right opposite the hotel. Although it was very centrally located, my room was very quiet. I also enjoyed my breakfast of scrambled eggs with toast. Staff were always very friendly and helpful with special mention given to manager Joyce, who made my stay a joy.

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff. The room was very spacious, as was the bathroom.The gym is big and has almost everything except roller skates and a stretching band. It's great that the washing machine and dryer are free. The hotel is in a great location close to everything.
