First of all location - next to the blue line to O'Hare airport. The hotel is next to the loop too and most of the downtown atractions are in the walking distance. Room was big and beds were really comfortable. They were cleaned daily. The staff was friendly and super helpful- they would share what'd happening in the downtown worth seeing (blues festival). Great value for money. Lots of eating options nearby. I will come back here, if I'm ever again in Chicago.

The room was very spacious The front desk guys were very helpful and attentive. I struggled with uber to my next location and one of the front desk guys ( the tall black guy) assisted to get a taxi at a good rate The lift was very fast and prompt The room was very clean The bed was very comfortable

Location location location!! This hotel is superbly located for the parks, river and shops. All staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are modern with very comfortable beds and pillows. Enormous shower too!

Perfect location right on the road to Magnificent Mile. Nice to have water and coffee available free on every floor. Many good food options nearby. I got a room with nice view of the river.
