Rooms were very spacious with a very large bed. Decor very modern with remote controlled curtains and lights. An exceptional bathroom witb choice of separate shower and bath and a tv screen within the mirror.
Staff were professional and friendly and gave great advice as to what to do and where to go
Location on the river was excellent with restaurants and shops and theatres only a few minutes walk away

Counter staff were extremely friendly, helpful and assisted me in having a great experience here. Breakfast was really tasty, the milk, breads and waffles were all good options I tried! Oatmeal was actually surprisingly good with raisins and other ingredients. The room I was given was very spacious, the TV had great selection of genres, was able to watch UEFA champions league during my stay which was such a delight. Great that they have laundry service too. The hotel also provides a great discount for food delivery with GrubHub if you feel peckish. The mart had nice and useful items if you are willing to pay. Loved that I could grab tea/coffee 24/7 especially on cold nights.

It was very clean, and it always smelled amazing! My view from the 21st floor was amazing, the hotel was close enough to everywhere I needed to go, plus all the attractions, and the staff was always so polite and pleasant. I will definitely stay there again if I ever make it back to Chicago!
