It was the first hotel I stayed in for a long time where you genuinely seemed to like your guests. I travel a lot for work and always the hotels seem to hate their guests - this was extremely pleasant.

Exceptional hotel - felt like a real home away from home
Design of the hotel is stunning - attention to detail is outstanding - it is immediately clean and beds are so comfortable
The staff are excellent- especially Jerry who was an absolute joy she was so welcoming and helpful recommending a fabulous Mexican restaurant close to the hotel - Thank you Jerry !

I did not eat breakfast at the hotel. The location is fantastic. The neighborhood is very safe and very walkable. Many restaurants, cafes, shops, and nightlife within blocks of the hotel. We stayed on the 14th floor and the view was fabulous.
