The host replies to questions very rapidly through Booking.com messages. The place was spotless clean. It had all you need, utensils, dishes, microwave, fridge with freezer (we would freeze some water bottle for the next day trip to put in cooler, so the freezer works very well. The beds were comfortable, I slept in the big bed and daughter in law in the futon bed, there is also a 3rd mattress under the futon but we did not use it. There are beach towels and many other things for the beach. There is no key so you need to write down the code (given to you by the host in messages in booking.com), or screen shot it with your phone. We really enjoyed our stay. We at first were hesitant to book this place as there was only 1 review on booking.com, so we took a chance and we did not regret it at all. There is a parking pass and you can park either in the front or side of the building. We did not use the pool as we were there for our small non profit business. The condo is a very good size as we had 9 container bins spread out on the floor as we were packing donations we had received to be shipped by boat in Miami, I was impressed with the space we had to be able to do so.

The apartment is pretty nice, clean and big. Exactly like the pictures. I had a really nice stay. It has a full equipped kitchen.
It is pretty close to Walmart. It's there just crossing the street. There are a Burlington and a Ross pretty close as well😄
The gym is small but nice. It has everything for you to workout.
