The property was beautiful and very spacious for our group of 6. The area was excellent for places to eat and drink and very walkable from the house. James was an excellent host, one of our party left cash and credit cards behind in the property, he sent it by UPS to our next location, what a guy! I cannot recommend the house highly enough, everything you would need, it’s there. All in all an excellent it was a perfect home from home.

Couldn't have asked for a better stay here. The owners were lovely and super accommodating offering lots of recommendations for great food/drink/things to see. The place itself was a perfect little haven for our couple of nights. Quirky decor, and decorated all over with Christmas lights which was great. Comfy beds, super clean, had everything you could ask for and only 5/10 mins from Broadway! Thanks guys x

Felt comfortable and really enjoyed my stay, the owner answered any question I had and was happy to socialise and also give me my own privacy. Definitely recommend anybody to choose this as your place to stay. Super close to Downtown, 4 minute drive.

Great location in East Nashville, close to everything. Parking was nice to park in front of the door, location was quiet and very clean. Will stay again when back in Nashville
