The property was beautiful and the room was spacious. The staff was absolutely amazing and helpful with any questions as a guest would from out of town would have regarding recommendations for dining and entertainment. It was truly amazing and we loved every minute of our trip!!!!

We loved the friendly and happy design of the hotel and rooms; it was extravagant and gave a good feeling. Employees especially concierge have been very helpful and friendly. we loved the walking distance to central park in the morning and the live jazz evening in the hotel bar for evening. i was surprised about the silence in the rooms, especially since we have been so centrally located. We loved our terrace to sit in the mornings or evenings. we will be back again!

Great location right at the corner of Central Park and Fith Avenue! The hotel team is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We felt like being at home and had a great time at The Sherry Netherland. Perfectly!

We had a slight issue with our flights. Booking.com and the hotel were incredible. On arriving 2 days later than planned we had the most lovely welcome. The staff couldn't do enough to help and make sure you had all you needed.
The breakfast was great, the wine and cheese evening was lovely. The hosts in both were so friendly and interested in your plans and also shared recommendations, too.
The only shame was having to leave 😪
Such a great stay, cleaned daily and would deffo return.

If you would like to stay at a traditional Manhattan property, choose this hotel. Rooms are spacious with kitchenet, you can easily microwave your take away food and do the dishes in the dishwasher. Coffee machine is available and housekeeping staff will always leave you plenty of coffee capsules. Ideal location, close to Central Park, Sweetgreen's is 20 steps and several other eating and Deli options. By Manhattan standards, rooms of this hotel are very spacious.
The staff is helpful and courteous, your first impression might be different by looking at them since they have serious and relatively dry facial expressions (not sure why), but when you ask them for help, they will go above and beyond to help you. At least in my case the ones I came across.
