Very good location, close to the New York library and 5th avuene. Very comfortable area. The hotel is fully renovated and the gym is equipped with new technogym appliances. The staff is very educated and with a good smile on their faces (really appreciated)

The Hotel Chelsea is an iconic establishment, which has been lovingly and carefully upgraded in recent years. The wealth of literary and artistic history is literally on display, within a luxurious and resplendent atmosphere. The bar is so welcoming and comfortable, and the rooms are next level in terms of quality. The best experience I've ever had in a NYC hotel.

The location was close to Grand Central Terminal, which made it very easy to get around the city. The staff were all very kind and helpful. I also loved the breakfast station where I could grab free coffee, bagels, and apples in the morning. My room was very comfortable with a lovely city view!

The service from the moment you step from the taxi, without exception is exceptional. Staff are friendly and go out of their way to ensure your staff is a good experience. I stayed in a small apartment which was beautiful, so much so I happily remained there my whole first day and night working. Room service breakfast from the private kitchen is one of the best I’ve experienced, it arrived fresh and so beautifully presented I almost didn’t want to eat it. Thoroughly recommended.
