My wife and I were guests at the Renwick Hotel for 2 weeks in August 2023. First to the staff. This one was very competent, helpful and friendly. The room was very pretty and extremely clean. This also applied to the entire hotel. In addition, the hotel has both a beautiful exterior and interior design. The location is also excellent both in terms of the proximity to many sights and the connection by public transport. Friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble, great facilities and a free upgrade too! The location was perfect - I walked everywhere! 🏃‍♀️ I think it is very well priced for the benefits and location, really good value for money. The room was huge and had great amenities.

1st and most important it was spotless. The premises is really well appointed and really tasteful, down to the Brooklyn bridge decals on the shower tiles ❤️ the location is terrific for exploring NY as well

Absolutely perfect! A very elegant hotel in an extremely good location. A spacious, quiet room with a beautiful view. The only downside, and it's really because I have no complaints whatsoever, is the lack of a mirror in the bedroom. But there is a large mirror in the bathroom.

Picture classic New York architecture and a one-of-a-kind neighborhood with tree-lined streets. 70 Park Avenue Hotel is located in the heart of it all.

Although the rooms were exceptionally comfortable and the location absolutely perfect - a few minutes walk to Grand Central Station/5th Avenue etc. - the most stand-out thing at the Iberostar was the staff! Although we were in the middle of New York, where no-one really seems to care about anyone - the staff were so friendly, interested and helpful. Every request was promptly dealt with - and great suggestions from the doormen!

This was a perfect stay, location of the hotel is great, near Grand Central and in walking distance from some of the main attractions in Manhattan, which was very convenient. I booked a room with balcony, it was on the 16th floor and it was absolutely stunning. Room was clean and spacious, there was also a coffee machine and small refrigerator. Bed was super comfy. Hotel staff was always very kind and helpful, they provide you 2 bottles of water per day. I was a bit worried after reading some mixed reviews but I just really enjoyed my stay there and it fulfilled my expectations. I can only recommend booking a room in this hotel. Also it was surprisingly quiet, when in the room you can't really hear anything from the street. And room was cleaned every day, which I really liked.

I had a wonderful stay, everything was absolutely perfect! The apartment was incredibly spacious, secure, and super practical. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, which made the whole experience even better. If I had to mention one small improvement, it would be to add a smaller frying pan, as it wasn’t possible to use the pan and pot on the stove at the same time. Other than that, I couldn’t have asked for more!
