The hotel staff were exceptional...really went out of their way to help us...cannot thank them enough!!! Spacious room, clean, nice shower, with mini fridge, good shower and good amenities, free bottle of water that could be refilled (we used ours for all whole 15 days trip), friendly staff, super strategic location, very near Gran Central Station, nice cafés nearby and also easy to do things by walk.

Picture classic New York architecture and a one-of-a-kind neighborhood with tree-lined streets. 70 Park Avenue Hotel is located in the heart of it all.

We stayed at Iberostar for 5 nights and really enjoyed the experience. This is a clean, safe, comfortable and well located hotel. 5 minutes walk from Grand Central Station, less than 10 minutes walk from 5th Avenue, less than 15 minutes walk from Empire State Building (we had a great view of the Empire State Building which was an absolute treat!). Our rooms were spotless and cleaned to a high standard every day. Water was supplied in the room and there was an opportunity to refill. There is no breakfast room or bar at this hotel which was not a problem - there are a couple of diners within a 10 minute walk that offered good breakfasts. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Considering the prices of other hotels in New York with similar ratings, Iberostar was competitively priced. I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I return to New York.

I am very satisfied with having stayed two weeks at Sonder at the Nash. The hotel appartment was spacious, clean, cozy and convenient as it is placed in walking distance to the UN and nearly anywhere in midtown Manhattan. The appartment looked like the pictures and had a very Nordic feel to it. The building has a 24/7 doorman and feels very safe like the surrounding neighborhood. The Sonder staff would reply within a minute on the Sonder chat function and accommodate any wishes I had (incl. new batteries to the remote controle, late check out etc.). It was very easy to check in and out and to use the access code for the door. The appartment and the kitchen was well equipped, and the bed was huge and comfortable.

Ideally set in New York, Pestana Park Avenue features air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a terrace.
