Elevators were good, had everything I needed at the hotel, heating was perfect including heating water. Customer service was excellent and staff were very accommodating.

Our stay at the hotel was lovely. Front desk staff were so warm and very helpful. A misunderstanding resulted in our booking being cancelled without our knowledge. But when we arrived the situation was handled with kindness and grace. We were quickly given an upgrade to a King room, offered a complementary bottle of wine. The room itself was spacious, well appointed, and the bed very comfortable. And the location is just great.
