it’s an AMAZING place !!! it was my Birthday trip they gave me complimentary vegan cake and a great bottle of champagne! totally surprised me ! also gave me their amazing robe that’s really like being wrapped in coziest blanket . Everything was terrific. The checkin process was easy. Bags were taken for us since we were early and the room wasn’t yet ready. The room was very clean and comfortable with two queens. No carpet which was awesome! It was so quiet at night and you didn’t hear your neighbours. Breakfast vouchers provided for attached french bakery. Delicious! Steps away from the subways and it was so easy to go anywhere in NYC. CVS directly across the street which was so convenient. Loved it. Will come again. ✨

They had a great check in service. The bed was great for my back as I've had back surgery and the bed caused no pain. It was clean, smelled fresh and I liked that they had a easy to use safe to protect your valuables. It was was right next to Starbucks and a 24 hour pharmacy as well as close to Columbus Circle shops and metro and Central Park. It was a perfect place to stay with my family and I'd stay there again. It also was in a very safe feeling neighborhood. Loved it.
