Everything was perfect. Krishel, on reception, was extremely polite and kind. My room was near the elevator and very noisy. She immediately changed my room, which was quite and much better.

It is super convenient to get into Manhatten in around 30-40 minutes and a better value alternative to Manhatten hotel prices. The hotel sits at the end of the 7 Line. Nice property. The surrounding area is so-so, but we never felt unsafe walking around at night. Some great Asian restaurants/bars in the area.

Everything was perfect! Kai and Sherman welcomed us even though we arrived very late and were very kind and smiley every day. The hotel was great! The room perfect! The breakfast big and in perfect hours! The metro station is 5' walk and takes you to times square in 25'. Perfect choice!
