Wonderful new hotel. The staff were exceptional. Room was a fair size and large enough for three adults. Great location for The Mets Citi Field and the airports at a reasonable price.

The room was large, clean and a micro-oven is present in it. The bathroom was clean and the towels were changed daily. We like the breakfast as well. In the hall there is a freshly water machine. The staff is polite. There is a deposit if someone needs to leave its luggage and collect it later. I reccomend this hotel.

I have been a regular here from the last 4 yrs. The staff is the same, which shows good management. Emma and Michelle have always made an effort to make the stay memorable and comfortable Some rooms are newly renovated. The rooms with Manhattan views are the best. Good warm breakfast to start the day. Will always come back.
