Everything was perfect. Krishel, on reception, was extremely polite and kind. My room was near the elevator and very noisy. She immediately changed my room, which was quite and much better.

Wonderful new hotel. The staff were exceptional. Room was a fair size and large enough for three adults. Great location for The Mets Citi Field and the airports at a reasonable price.

I loved staying here. Whenever you asked for anything, it was there within minutes. Go for high floor. Please be aware you are in the .middle of China Town and not a lot of people don't speak English.Its certainly an unexpected experience. I never thought I would walk the streets of New York asking " do you speak English?"
