Though only for just 1 night, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were truly excellent - they allowed us to store our luggage at the hotel for a few days before our stay. When they found out it was our honeymoon, they upgraded us to a nicer room. The staff were super accommodating and friendly. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in SF. Highly recommend!

Loved everything about this hotel! All was perfect ❤️ Ecellent staff at this hotel, clean rooms, fantastic views from our room on the 21:st floor, perfect location close to all the shopping. Hop on and hop of bus stop was right outside. Car rental right outside. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

the location was perfect, in walking distance from union square and chinatown, it also felt like an old timey hotel, which i found quaint. they also provided a complementary pastry breakfast (and the sweets were always fresh and delicious)
