The hotel exceeded our expectations. Hotel shows very well, with beautiful spacious rooms. The staff were excellent, including the check-in desk and lobby area. We also were provided with a very early check-in which was much appreciated. Location was very handy as well. There were also a couple of excellent take-out options nearby for baked goods, breakfast snacks etc.Would certainly recommend this hotel to others.

Our initial check-in was a bit of a miss due to the team on duty at that time, but thankfully Chandra stepped in and completely turned things around. She resolved everything quickly and went out of her way to make our stay a little extra special. Jordan was also helpful along the way, but Chandra was truly the star of the experience.
The hotel itself has a great little bar and the breakfast was fantastic — definitely worth it. The location is convenient and felt safe, though downtown does get a bit sketchy at night.
Overall, thanks to Chandra’s attention and care, our stay ended up being wonderful, and we’d happily return.

We liked the localization which was near everything: Pike Place Market, Space Needle, Pop Museum and etc. The staff were very kind and the food was great. The comfort of the room was superb along with a nice bathroom. The mini shop at the entrance of the hotel was very handy in case you needed anything. The receptionists were also kind and the reception itself was comfortable because it had a nice living hall.

It is a very nice house beautifully and elegantly decorated. David was kind and helpful and made our stay very pleasant. Inclusively he made us a discount for a minor problem that we had with the flusher. Everything was great during the 3 days we stayed there. Nice idea of assembling all guests in a large table for breakfast allowing them to interact with each other.
