Absolutely loved this accommodation , felt like a little home away from home, was very relaxing had a great wee feel to the place really cosy with lots of cosy blankets and cushions to cuddle up and watch a movie , loved having the big tv with all the smart apps etc , kitchen well equipped for making meals etc , bedrooms amazing beds and bedding were high quality makes such a difference to your stay , would stay again in a heart beat . Loved ,loved,loved it ! .
Also the host was very attentive and helpful.

It was a nice quiet location. A large enough property for a family. We didn’t even use the 2nd bedroom or bathroom. The washing machine and tumble dryer were a plus. We absolutely adored the kind man at the corner shop on Ann street.

Location… convenience to all that Wilmington has to offer including the Riverfront. Place was more like a mini apartment. Had everything that one would need to feel right at home. Parking garage - parking pass was a definite perk.

India in the dining room was awesome. She made sure my father who had Parkinson's Disease was accommodated each day at breakfast. She was kind and caring. everything. beautiful building. great room, lovely staff. you can pretty much just park your car for your entire stay and just walk around town. nothing is more than a 10 minute walk away.
