Very helpful staff and so friendly. Rooms and bathroom clean, air-condition central, so you couldn't actually feel the cold air blowing. Very quiet on the higher floors and beautiful view of the city and Dragon Bridge at night. Free bike rental at the hotel.

The location was fantastic. The staff treated us like kings and queens, the service was remarkable. The room has the best view I could ever ask for and it was very clean. The infinity pool was amazing with the view of the sea.

We booked the loft and it was perfect. Plenty of space and lovely terrace although sadly not enough time to enjoy it. Staff were friendly and the doorman was fantastic always helping us with Grab and welcoming us back as we came back and forth. He is definitely a credit to the hotel, made our stay.
