The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the Cruise Manager Bruce Panda, and the crew member Hoa who was our waitress for the stay. The rooms were great and offered scenic views of Ha Long Bay. The sunset and sunrise views from the rooms were incredible. Strongly recommend the Honeymoon Suite which is very spacious, and comes with a private deck and a panoramic view.

Everything was super nice. The staff, facilities and the activities were all great. The ship is not crowded so I felt like I was on a private yacht with friends. You can find your own piece or you can bond with other guests and the staff is also super friendly and nice to be around.

I thoroughly enjoyed my overnight stay on Calista Cruise. We were picked up early from our accommodation and brought to the bay reception, where we waited around 30-40 minutes with refreshments and clean facilities while the transfer boat was being prepared.
