I couldn’t name even one fault. From head to toe, this place is gorgeous. A large relaxed space with private pool, incredible view. There is amazing attention to detail in the services and facilities. Everything you could ever want it one place. Will 100% return. The staff: Phuong, Paul and Elis and everyone else were so lovely and helpful. Really made us feel at home.

The hotel is on an island not for from the town center. Easy to walk to the town if you want. It is really quiet - like on a little town in the countryside. This is the second year i come here. Was lucky and got the same room. The family is super friendly. The place is very clean, the bed comfortable. Hot water is really hot.

Amazing hotel in a green oasis just near the city center yet super quiet. We had a really nice stay at the Emerald Resort, probably one of the best hotels we had in Vietnam. The pool and outside area by the river is just really really nice, super quiet yet a few minutes from the vibrant ancient town. Everything is doable by foot. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet is amazing.

Em the owner couldn't have been more helpful. Her knowledge and can do attitude may our 5 day stay in Hoi An amazing. Booked us on a huge boat on the river for $4 each and packed a picnic to eat saving us $400. The rooms were massive, beautiful swimming pool. Fabulous restaurant and chef Ty. Delicious food, great prices. Make use of the free bicycles and get out and about town. Hoi an old town so beautiful at night. Loved the cool clean waters of Ems swimming pool. Staff amazing. Sad to leave Em's but all 5 of us definitely coming back to stay. Gem of a hotel to stay at. Everything close.

The staff was so friendly and helpful with our tours and questions. The accomodation was beautiful and the breakfast was fabulous! It is a nice walk to the city center and a good area. The staff were all exceptional, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best we've had. The room was beautiful and unique. The pool and spa were fantastic. Excellent value for money. I would go back in a heartbeat!! Additionally there is a restaurant right next to the hotel that was incredible.
