The bed was very comfortable and aircon and WiFi worked well.
Breakfast was delicious with many options. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. A little way out of town but a free shuttle bus is provided. Highly recommend this property.

This place is simply amazing. From the very first moment you can feel the overwhelming calm and welcoming atmosphere. This was the best hotel we have ever stayed in, without any doubt, not only in Vietnam. The garden, the pools, the restaurant/bar, the massage, the apartment, etc all just perfect. Far from all the noise, but you can easily get to Hoi An old town in 5 minutes with the free shuttle bus, or just call a Grab car for 2 USD. Please don’t ever change anything, keep this place a heaven on earth!

I would highly recommend ZEN retreat. Staff were very friendly and everything went smoothly. The nature around the house is beautiful with lots of water and trees. It is a bit outside of the city but there are free shuttle buses organized. The breakfast was also very good with many options.

Our stay was amazing!!! Lien was so sweet and helpful, she booked our shows, and gave us all the recommendations! Cute lil breakfast, great room with a good shower. The free bikes were great, we had a beautiful bike to the beach! Far walk to the old town, but was fun! If not you can bike or take a grab for 2$! Couldn’t be happier!! Thanks again!! ❤️

The location is great, just out of town in the stunning countryside but 10 minutes away from the centre by bike.
Breakfast is excellent, spoilt for choice.
All the staff are very friendly and helpful especially Phuont Thuy and LAN who went above and beyond.
