I seriously could not recommend this place more! If you are looking at this review, don’t hesitate and just book this resort!
Everyone here was so incredibly friendly and helpful at every time of the day/night, especially the receptionists Phuong and Khuyen. They really were one of the nicest, friendliest and most helpful staff we have ever met! They helped us so much in every situation and made sure our stay was perfect.
In the beginning we were not sure if we want to stay here because it was a bit out of town, but actually that makes this resort even better. At night it's very quiet and calm and they have free shuttles running many times a day to the beach and the ancient town.
Thank you so so much for this amazing stay, if we come back to Hoi An we will 100% come back here!

“This is my second stay in Hoi An, and Zen remains my top choice. The fresh, cool atmosphere and lush greenery create a peaceful retreat. The serene overwater spa, along with the gym and yoga area, provide a perfect balance of relaxation and activity. The staff are friendly, and the diverse food options, including a buffet breakfast and a restaurant open until evening, are excellent. Although it’s 3-4 km from the ancient town, the convenient shuttle service makes exploring effortless. Highly recommended for anyone seeking tranquility and exceptional service.”

Our stay was amazing!!! Lien was so sweet and helpful, she booked our shows, and gave us all the recommendations! Cute lil breakfast, great room with a good shower. The free bikes were great, we had a beautiful bike to the beach! Far walk to the old town, but was fun! If not you can bike or take a grab for 2$! Couldn’t be happier!! Thanks again!! ❤️

I loved everything of this homestay! The lady is so nice and friendly, the room is beautiful and clean, the location is super quiet and strategic. You can add breakfast for 50k which, trust me, it reeeeally worth the price! I really suggest this place.
