I rarely give 10 stars, but Rose on Rouge has earned my absolutely loyalty- I will never stay anywhere else again while in Cape Town! The rooms was stunning, beds incredibly comfortable, excellent location, and AMAZING breakfast. I cannot think of a single thing I would want to change or improve. Staff were also wonderful- Chris was kind and welcoming, as was Michel himself. I adored this place, it felt like home.

what an amazing experience we had at cape heritage hotel. First of all, our suit was excellent and felt like we went back to 1771. It was so clean, especially the bathroom. the breakfast was OMG, fantastic. The most facinating part was the staff, they treqted us like family. When i made the reservation i told them that we will celebrate my daughter’s 16th birthday and i want this birthday to be memorable. on the day of her birthday, during the breakfast, staff came with a cake with candles and sand birthday song and when we came back to our room after a day tour we found the room was decorated with baloons and happy birthday signs. all free of charge and my daughter could not express her happiness. If we go back to CT again our hotel address will be the same. special thanks to Sam and Bemford.

The room was impeccably clean, and the kitchen was equipped with everything I needed, which added to the overall convenience of my stay. The location of the property was favorable as well.
The staff, without a doubt, were exceptionally kind and respectful, which significantly enhanced my overall experience.
Moreover, it's worth mentioning that they provided complimentary bottled water upon request, which was a thoughtful touch and greatly appreciated.
