The hotel was a very pleasant surprise. From the outside it doesn't have any appeal. But inside - Wow. Loved the openness of the restaurant and bar. I stayed in two different types of rooms (I had a return booking it was so good). Each room was very clean. Loved the shower. Staff were very helpful and friendly. For anyone visiting Durban on business or holiday, I highly recommend this hotel. As I said, I stayed for 3 nights and returned at the end of the week and stayed another night. Great location and great value for money.

The staff were outstanding and very helpful. A member of staff even took time out to walk with me to the local ATM and "watch my back". Breakfast was very good with just about anything you could wish for.
