The host stays out of your affairs though they stay on the property. Affordable place with modern rooms and a very comfortable bed. I recommend that the pillows be regularly washed or that they put pillow covers.My pillow was saliva stained and didn't smell great.

Value for money. It exceeded my expectations. We arrived way before check in time but were still allowed to get into our room as it was available. Place is clean. Privacy is an understatement. You don't even feel the presence of other guests. The host explained everything in detail. It felt like a home away from home.

It’s a beautiful little boutique hotel, in a quiet neighbourhood. I loved the rustic cosy atmosphere of my room and the bed was extremely comfortable with lots of pillows! The bathroom was beautiful as well with a shower and bath, and the high pressure shower was great! The hosts were lovely and accommodating and the breakfast was really good, it was simply a beautiful place to stay, and I’d definitely recommend it to my friends and family!

Very nice hosts, clean, good neighbourhood, near the ocean and boardwalk mall, coffee, tea, water, fridge, kettle, everything you need was there. We didn't need it, but there even was an electric blanket to beat the cold.

We loved everything about Wagtails. Our hosts Judy and Gerald were absolutely amazing, so genuinely kind and caring. They made us feel at home, as did DJ and Rusty, their lovely pets. We enjoyed the cleanliness, the peace and quiet, the pool, the kitchen facilities, absolutely everything was perfect. The shower was fantastic. Judy brought us free coffee to our room every morning!
